Mommy-to-be January Jones and her good friend Jennifer Carpenter were spotted having a good ol’ time together while shopping in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, June 11th, 2011. The blond X-Men: First Class star was dressed in a loose fitting, patterned dress with a skinny belt helping accent her growing baby bump and a black cardigan while her Dexter buddy wore a plaid shirt, jeans and sandals.

Speaking of the new Marvel movie, I finally had a chance to watch it yesterday afternoon and I absolutely loved it! Besides the gorgeous combination of James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, January held her own in the tiny white costumes she wore for her role as Emma Frost.

People have been having a field day guessing who January’s potential baby daddy could be. The name that keeps popping up is Matthew Vaughn who directed the Mad Men actress in the X-Men film. He also happens to be married to supermodel Claudia Schiffer with whom he has three kids!

Let’s hope for his sake this is all just a bunch of worthless gossip. For right now, January is not saying a word about it.

Jennifer Carpenter says she thinks the sixth series of Dexter will surprise viewers.

The actress, who plays alongside her ex-husband Michael C Hall in the Showtime drama, said she thinks there’s one or two seasons still to go.

She said: “I’m really excited about this year. [The end of the last series] was just really open-ended, it could go anywhere. It has the same opportunity to surprise people and I think it will.”

Jennifer wouldn’t say what she thought might happen when reunited on set with Michael, who plays her character’s murderous brother, after the two separated last August.

But she’s keeping herself busy with work, and has three films in the pipeline: The Factory alongside John Cusack; Hungry Rabbit Jumps with Nicolas Cage, Guy Pearce and January Jones, and Ex-Girlfriends, an Alexander Poe comedy – which is something that’s been missing from her CV of late.
